DIDSMS

Sort out your phone in the US first. Then your company’s phone system.

US eSIM: scan one QR code and your phone gains a US line, while your mainland number keeps receiving verification codes. Cloud IP PBX: give every team member a local number in whatever country they are in, from $12.90 per user per month.

Why DIDSMS

Five promises you can check on the spot.

No “industry-leading” language. Every line below is either verifiable or testable.

Two lines at once

Keep the mainland card for calls and bank or WeChat codes; the US card handles data and local calls. No swapping, no second phone.

Installed before you fly

Order in your home country, get the QR code, load it into your phone. You have signal the moment you power on, no airport counter and no local registration.

No overage charges

When the high-speed allowance is gone you just slow down. The connection stays on and data is never billed separately. No surprise bills.

Money is never mis-deducted

Balance deductions run as database-level atomic operations with optimistic locking, so high concurrency cannot over-charge or double-charge. Faulty orders are reconciled and refunded automatically.

A human when something breaks

24/7 human support. Enterprise customers get a named contact and a 15-minute first-response commitment.

Platform depth

The layer you never see

In telecom, the product is not messing up. Here is what we built so it does not, and who provides the networks.

Transaction-safe money handling

Freeze / commit / release is a full state machine, backed by atomic database operations.

Distributed rate limiting

Sliding-window TPS control so upstream quotas do not get blown out.

Timeout compensation

MQ-driven order timeout handling plus scheduled reconciliation as a second line of defence.

End-to-end encryption

RSA + AES hybrid in transit; credentials are never stored in plaintext.

Full-chain audit

Every upstream interaction is persisted: traceable and exportable.

The network side

US local networks come from ENC Mobile, on T-Mobile or AT&T. Switchable after activation.

Partner programme

Our telecom supply chain can plug into your product.

Rates, provisioning, reconciliation and billing are already APIs. You only decide who to sell to and at what price.

Use cases

Same telecom, four completely different asks.

Students and new arrivals

A number before you land, so sign-ups, bank accounts and ride-hailing all work; your mainland number keeps receiving family and school messages.

Business travel and postings

Use the number-keeping add-on when you visit home so the plan survives the trip, and pick it up unchanged when you are back.

Logistics and overseas sites

Overseas warehouses and last-mile sites upload proof of delivery over a US data SIM instead of relying on store Wi-Fi.

Cross-border commerce and support

Multi-country agents behind one switchboard; customers dial a local number and recordings feed QA.

Prototype note: the “customer stories + logo wall” block has been pulled — phase one has no attributable real customers, and invented quotes are the highest-risk form of false advertising. Restore it once we have authorisation and evidence (see copy.md 4.7).

What you can verify

Until we have cases to tell, three things stated plainly.

Where the network comes from

US local mobile networks are provided by ENC Mobile, over the T-Mobile and AT&T public networks. Pick one when ordering, switch after activation. The price shown on the page is the published price.

How money works

eSIM is bought monthly with no contract; voice is billed per user per month, with annual optional. Both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive invoices are available, and the rate card is downloadable.

What happens if it stops

Voice has a public status page and SLA compensation terms. Faulty orders are rolled back and refunded by the reconciliation job — you do not have to raise a ticket first.

FAQ

The six things people ask before ordering

What is an eSIM? Do I have to swap my card?

No swap. An eSIM is a virtual card written into your phone: scan a QR code and it coexists with the physical card you already use. Most phones from the iPhone XS onwards support it.

Is the US the only destination?

Phase one is US only. Other destinations go live as they open; you can leave an email to join the queue.

Does IP PBX need hardware?

No. The switchboard runs in our cloud — use the app, the web softphone, or keep your existing SIP desk phones.

Can we bring our existing company numbers?

Yes. We run the carrier paperwork, and old and new lines run in parallel during the cut-over so no calls are lost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

eSIM takes WeChat Pay, Alipay and bank cards; enterprise customers can settle by wire transfer or on credit terms.

What happens when there is an outage?

If voice availability falls below 99.99%, SLA pays out in service credit on a sliding scale, up to 100% of the month’s fee. eSIM compensation follows the service terms.

Next time you go to the US, get the number sorted before you fly.
